Systemic Family Constellation is a therapeutic approach developed by Bert Hellinger, based on the understanding that our family systems hold emotional patterns, generational traum,a and unresolved stories that influence our lives today

Three Core Principles guide this work

Belonging
Every person in the family system has a right to belong
When someone is excluded, a systemic imbalance occurs

Order
There is an order of love in the system
Parents come before children
First partners come before later ones
Respecting this creates harmony

Balance
There must be a natural balance of giving and receiving in relationships
