Let's be real. Life can throw us some curveballs, it can be challenging, unpredictable, and painful at times. Such chaos or wake-up calls is all part of our beautiful human experience. But, knowing that doesn't make it easier.
I'm here to tell you that you don't have to feel alone and lost.

I believe in Angels and reincarnation. I believe that our eyes are the windows of our souls. I believe in magic and all the beautiful signs from the Universe that the Angels and our Ancestors send to us, whether it be a butterfly, a dove, a feather, a beautiful song. I pull the car over when I'm driving if I see a sign from up above - and my kids think I'm a crazy woman, which Im totally ok with... but deep inside I know they feel it too as we vibe out to old school hip hop journeying to another footbalL game and them screaming, "Mom, NOT AGAIN... we're going to be late!"
The reality is learning to be me meant I had to be "ok" with not fitting in, feeling different and quieting down the intuitive gifts that I had. I'm a first generation American, my family is from Eastern Europe/Russia. I grew up in a home in which many languages were spoken. I was able to understand 6 languages before the age of 5 and that I guess was my first training in being a translator of different vibrations. I then realized a was a direct translator of the truth that resided in people's minds and their hearts.
Tragedy hit home at 18 months when my grandmother passed away and suddenly deep sadness filled every space in our tiny 1 bedroom Brooklyn apartment. I was so young, yet I felt the heaviness and sadness that my parent and the other members of the family beared in their hearts while they were persevering and working hard as new immigrants. However, I also felt the presence of a different dimension, it was so much LOVE, completely the other side of grief stricken energy my Mom and Grandfather felt.
I knew that my Grandmother went to another place where my family members just couldn’t physically see. I became obsessed with my 1970’s kaleidoscope toy because that's the way I saw the colors when I felt the love of my grandmother and ancestors that went home. And while I wouldn’t trade my unique intuitive gifts for anything, the challenge of learning to live with them has taught me that we create the most magic when we embrace what makes us the most unique.
Unfortunately, embracing my uniqueness didn’t always work out. As a young child I couldn’t comprehend why people would want to bury and hide what made them special. I was able to read their truth, sensed any falsehood and saw very clearly their field of reality as the karmic repercussions of their choices/actions played out with themselves and their loved ones. Yet, when I would speak into it, my family would tell me to mind my own business. The more I spoke, the less valued and insecure I became because that was my truth.
These feelings ultimately came to a head on my 11th birthday. Desperate to be seen and heard, I fatefully predicted to my parents that if they went out on my birthday, I would get sick (my bday is NYE). Sure enough, they went out. Within a short period of time, I found myself very ill and in the hospital, which is when I realized; I WAS NOT BEING ME and I brought this entire scenario into my field of reality.
I KNEW I HAD THE POWER WITHIN ME TO CHOOSE MY OWN DESTINY. If I created ill thoughts and disease, I was 100% certain that I could create healthy thoughts and an entire healing journey. At that moment, I began the reconnection to my Angels, my Guides, my Ancestors, this is what I saw very vividly as a little girl and tried to hide it from everyone. I spoke to my individual cells, I made believe they were strong army soldiers and came to protect and heal me. I created an entire play of my internal and external reality. I slept for about 12-16 hours a day for almost 5 months and at times was too weak to walk. Miraculously, within a short period of time, I was completely healed. And in June I returned back to school to finish off the last few weeks of the 6th grade.
But as an eleven year old, now wrestling with the wisdom of “miraculously” self healing on top of my “psychic” gifts, I was overwhelmed and caught in a world that didn’t have time, believe, or know what to do with me. So I slowly began to withdraw and only occasionally and very selectively utilize my gifts and share the uniqueness within me.
But we only get to ignore our uniqueness for so long. So it should have come as no surprise to me that in my early 20’s when I would get the nudge from Spirit and find myself on national television in a deep hypnotic regression facilitated by Dr. Brian Weiss. I got the opportunity to have a complete breakthrough and confront my greatest fears in front of millions of people as I shared with the world under deep hypnosis that I was terrified that my daughter would never “see” the real me. Mind you, she wasn’t born yet in this lifetime…. Little did I know that I was foreshadowing her birth 4 years to come.
When I was 28, my beautiful daughter was born premature with a rare condition that would cause blindness. I recognized that Spirit was calling us back, and in order to be seen by her I had to step fully into my own uniqueness and shine my light not only for her but for others and do what I was meant to do from the moment I was born.
As a brand new Mom with many cooks in the kitchen (my entire family are scientists and physicians), I surrendered to the Universe and my faith. I prayed and was blessed to have found some of the best doctors and through surgery and integrative wellness, she’s one of my greatest miracles. If it weren’t for her I’m not sure if I would have fully ever stepped into my power. And I’m pretty powerful. Since that time, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people embrace their destiny and step into the light of the most precious and unique and loving aspects of themselves.
These are just a few nuggets of the many miracles that I have experienced personally and have seen first hand of my loved ones and clients.
