Here is what I see in almost every person who finds their way to this work: they have done everything right. The therapy. The journaling. The personal development. They understand their patterns intellectually. And still, in the body, something has not moved.

That is not a failure of effort. That is the nervous system doing exactly what it was designed to do. It stores what the conscious mind cannot hold at the time. And it holds it until the conditions are safe enough to release it.
